Cancellation Policy
☆Cancellations within 24-hours will be charged 100% to the card on file. ☆Cancellations within 48-hours will be 50% to the card on file .
☆You may reschedule your appointment once. Any appointment reschedule over one time will be charged the half the amount . If the rescheduled appointment is canceled it will be 100% of the service price
☆Please arrive on time , there is a 10 minute grace period if you miss this grace period you will have to reschedule and pay 100% of the service .
☆Refund Policy: No refunds will be given for any reason on deposits, services or products and cancellation fees .
☆Please arrive with a clean eye area. (NO mascara/eye makeup, concealer, foundation, lash glue or residue.) and caffine free .
☆ NEW CLIENTS Please arrive 10 minutes early to fill out intake paperwork .
